- Fire 60 (60 min)- Add variety to your schedule with Chalene’s longest Fire HIIT Class. This one will have you HITTing it 4 times with Turbo Tracks to motivate you along the way.
- Sculpt 30 (30 min)– Get stronger for yor HITT classes (and leaner all over) with Chalene’s total-body sculpting class. This class features dynamic moves to build endurance while firming and defining your hard-worked muscles.
- Tone 30 (30 min) – Chalene never wants you (or your muscles) to get bored, so she’s designed an additional total-body resistance class with new moves that will work you out from top to bottom.
- Core 20 (20 min)– Focus on your entire core for 20 minutes, and you’ll see tight, flat abs in no time.
Turbo Fire is an 90 day (3 Month) program. However after you have finished the 90 days there is an option to complete another 60 days doing the advance workouts mixed in with the regular ones.
For the basic Fire and HIIT classes you don’t need anything, just your body weight, water, and a towel because you WILL sweat!!

Turbo Fire Inferno Plan
It’s a no nonsense approach to boosting your metabolism and get your body leaner, meaner, and full of energy in 5 days. The 5-day eating and workout plan helps you gain energy and endurance to get you ready to the being the T Calendar or break your fitness plateau.
TurboFire’s Inferno plan is a great way to lose weight if you have an event or photos coming up. It’s realistic because you are eating 5 times a day, and none of the foods are weird. - You do a variety of TurboFire workouts for no more than an hour a day
- Due to the restrictive dit and the intensity of the wokrouts, this plan should not be used for more than 5 days
