Shaun T’s Transform:20 is the brand new 20 minute workout using a step. It also includes a low-impact modifier to help anyone get started!  Below I’ll outline the Transform: 20 Workouts and provide a calendar to help you get started.

Heads Up!!

Right now, Transform: 20 workouts are only available on Beachbody On Demand. There are no plans to release the program on DVD that I know of.

Both 80 Day Obsession and LIIFT4 are also only available in this format– so it looks like streaming is the way Beachbody programs will be released from now on, if I had to guess.

Transform: 20 Workout Schedule

The 6-week program is broken down into 3 two-week phases.

Each day you’ll be challenged with a brand new workout! There aren’t repeating workouts in the whole program as Shaun T filmed each one LIVE with his cast.

Beachbody On Demand members will receive access to the preview workouts and a Fitfomercial, starting December 11th

The Main Transform: 20 Workouts

While every workout is filmed live and doesn’t repeat, the type of workout is similar each week.

There are 6 types of workouts you’ll do for the 6 week period.  There are also additional strength workouts you can mix in.

5 Types of Transform: 20 Workouts

Burn

Get ready to blast fat and rev your metabolism with this cardio workout.

Faster

This fast-paced aerobic workout helps you torch fat and increase your endurance.

Stronger

This is a slower paced strength workout that helps tone your entire body.

Powerful

Get ready for plyometrics and strength moves to build muscle and power.  There is also a low-impact option for each plyo move.

Cut

HIIT (high intensity interval training) with muscles burnign isometric holds and pulses to get you shredded.

Balance

An active recovery workout designed to help your flexibility, core, and overall performance.

Transform: 20 Calendar

The Transform: 20 workouts are broken down into 3 phases.  Even though some of the workouts have the same name– they are all UNIQUE

Phase 1: Commit (Weeks 1-2)

Week 1

  • Week 1: Burn

  • Week 1: Stronger or Built Stronger 1.0
  • Week 1: Powerful
  • Week 1: Cut or Rip N’ Cut 1.0
  • Week 1: Balanced

Week 2

Phase 2: Climb (Weeks 3-4)

This is the final and hardest week of the program! You’ll do Cut, Burn, and Powerful workouts back-to-back for a 60 minute workout!

Bonus Strength Workouts

Shaun T also includes strength workouts to mix in during your first round. He even includes a hybrid calendar in the program materials that have them added in.

All of these bonus workouts are included with early access to Transform: 20!! You can sub them into the Transform: 20 Calendar as seen above or add them to another workout for a greater challenge.
