I received Autumn Calabrese’s FIXATE Cookbook for Christmas last year.  You can use the recipes as a 21 Day Fix cookbook, but it’s also perfect for anytime.  Even if you’re counting calories or sticking to a specific diet like Paleo you can do it with these recipes.

Autumn created the Fixate cookbook as part of her passion for cooking and also to simplify the 21 Day Fix meal plan.

I’ll share my review of the cookbook, give you 5 recipes to try from it, and also give you a FREE 14-day membership to her cooking show.

The cookbook includes 101 recipes to use with the 21 Day Fix Portion-Control Program, but the recipes also work as a healthy cookbook as well.

The Fixate Cookbook Review

The simple recipes are specifically developed for the 21 Day fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme workout programs.  The meals are still something the whole family can enjoy.  My girls and husband love most of the recipes that I’ve made from it, and I feel great knowing that they are eating healthy, delicious meals.

I love using this 21 Day Fix cookbook because it keeps me eating more like the rest of my family versus focusing on 1 food container at a time.

Along with the containers, it also includes the nutritional information.  This makes it super easy to use no matter what workout program you’re doing.

For example, it may say this is a red, green, and yellow for a recipe.  It’s super easy to use (Get the book here)

Each recipe is simple to follow, doesn’t require a ton of time or weird ingredients.

Every recipes is realistic for an average mom or dad cooking dinner for their family.  I also know a few single people who cook the recipes then save the rest for leftovers.

Instead of an extreme approach to food, Autumn offers a great balanced meal plan.  Her Portion Fix containers and this cookbook help you eat the right amount of food, but nothing is ever off limits.

Why a 21 Day Fix Cookbook?

Beachbody and Autumn both knew eating out of those little containers would get old. So they wanted to add in variety.

You’ll see recipes on Beachbody’s website and Autumn’s social media channel, but they wanted the best recipes in one place.

Autumn also recognized the container counts for recipes could be tricky.  By starting with 101 recipes, it helps educate us on how other certain recipes fit into our meal plans.
