Now that you’ve purchased the Ultimate Portion Fix nutrition program (or you’re about to — hint, hint), it’s time to get ready for the real-time reshoots of 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix EXTREME workouts!

When Do The Workout Go Live?

  • 21 Day Fix real-time workouts stream April 1 – 21
  • 21 Day Fix EXTREME real-time workouts stream April 29 – May 19

Each day will be a different type of half-hour workout featuring Autumn and some cast members from the original 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix EXTREME series as well as new ones.

Will The Workouts Be The Same As the Original?

The first week will be a fresh take on the original workouts to get you warmed up.

Each week after that will include some new moves to keep you on your toes!

What Is Included?

For both 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts you will recieve…

  • Live Stream of the workouts 7 days a week
  • In week 3 there will be an optional workout each day
  • 10- Minute Bonus Ab workout

What Do I Need For The Workouts?

  • Weights (light and medium)
  • Core Comfort Mat (Optional)
  • Resistance Loops (Optional)

Customers who purchase Ultimate Portion Fix can access all the workouts before anyone else — they’ll be available in the Ultimate Portion Fix tile on the Nutrition tab on Beachbody On Demand. The workouts will remain there permanently. 

What If I Don’t Want The Ultimate Portion Fix?

You won’t have access to the Livestreaming workouts but the workouts will be added to the Member Library for all Beachbody On Demand members on May 31.
