This new dance workout is for anyone who has ever been frustrated with super thin cast members, bad language in the music, hard coreography, complicated diets, or long workouts.

The Workouts

  • Each workout is about 30 minutes (28-34 minutes)
  • 4 Step By Step super simple cardio dance routines
  • 2 Body Sculpting routines where you will tone and tighten
  • No equipment needed

Each workout is set to music from the 80s and 90s and all about 30 minutes long.  Very similar to Country Heat, another beginner dance program set to country music and similar to country line dancing (but simplier).

Each workout is low impact so you won’t put stress on your joints or knees.  You will be working out 5 days a week with 1 rest day built in.  It’s meant to be like a dance party so you are having fun and getting in shape at the same time.

It’s a 4 week program, so you can always do a few rounds or switch it up with other programs like 21 Day Fix, or Country Heat. You could even switch up the dancing and mucis and try out Cize.

The Kids Can Join in the Fun

If you use the streaming option in Beachbody on Demand, they have a kids channel also. You can split the screen so that you have the workout on one side and the kids channel on the other side.

R. loves to workout with me and so this kids channel will be wonderful for her. She will get to see kids just like her dancing to music that is more kid friendly than other dance programs out there.
