Who is Transform: 20 for?

Transform:20 Workouts

Transform: 20 has been in the works for over 2 years!

  • 6 days a week
  • 6 weeks long
  • New workout each day
  • Uses a step (can be bought with it or on its own)
  • Routines designed to help you scorch fat, tone your abs, legs, upper body, and glutes
  • Weekly Motivations From Shaun T and challenges built into each workout.
  • Modifier option will be available

There are 3 Phases to the program:

  1. Commit
  2. Climb
  3. Conquer

Each phase gets harder. The moves more intricate. And the motivation, more impactful.

Each workout has a different name:

  • Burn
  • Faster
  • Stronger
  • Powerful
  • Cut
  • Balance

Burn though Cut (aka the Monday through Friday workouts) are intense.

You’ll be doing lots of fast feet movements up and down the step (think Speed 1.0/2.0 from T25 with a step), to lots of pushups, lots of burpees, and lots of abs.

Balance incorporates stretching, lighter cardio, and strength work.
It’s the perfect ending to the week.

Each workout has 3 “Transformers.”
A Transformer is a move timed for a minute where you have to push yourself to complete as many reps as possible. You track these in the Transformation Trackers. They really do measure your improvements week-to-week.

Shaun T also mentioned it being like Insanity on a step.  He said you won’t need to be super coordinated in order to do it.

Low Impact?

Transform: 20 isn’t be listed as a low-impact workout right now, however, Shaun T’s Transform:20 won’t include tuck jumps or diamond jacks.  So I’m not sure what to expect to replace those two classic “insane” moves.

The nutrition plan is simple. You get the option of following the portion control system or 2B Mindset. The plan provides simple bracket calculations, similar to that of 21 Day Fix or 80 Day Obsession

Right now, I know that Early Access will start in December, and the official Exclusive Coach Transform: 20 Challenge Group with Shaun T will start 1/14/19.

In order to join the Exclusive Coach Test Group with Shaun T, you’ll need to be a coach and order Transform: 20 beforehand.
