What are the new Shift Shop workouts launching October 2018?
Available exclusively on Beachbody On Demand, the new workouts include two 15-minute “Quick Shift” workouts designed to prep you for Shift Shop, and two “Proving Grounds” workouts to replace two routines each week that score your performance, so you can prove your progress as you go.
Will there be a new Shift Shop calendar that incorporates the workouts?
Yes,it will look very similar to the original calendar but with the last two days workouts replaced by the “Proving Ground” workouts so you can see and feel your fitness level improving week by week.

Quick Shift Workouts:
- Speed- 15 MINUTES: A 15-minute agility routine designed to get you ready for the timed challenges you’ll face during the Proving Grounds workouts.
- Strength- 15 MINUTES: Prep for your strength challenges with a 15-minute resistance routine that’ll get you pumped for what’s to come.
Proving Ground Workouts
- Speed: Test your coordination, endurance, and mental muscle with speed and agility drills. Go up against Chris and his team and set a score you’ll aim to beat week after week.
- Strength: Face resistance challenges and prove yourself by scoring high on reps performed and weight moved.
- Super Speed: 50 Minutes: Adding in the Beachbody PT Sandbag, this workout brings you 3 rounds of calorie-scorching drills guaranteed to shift your endurance into high gear.
- Super Strength: 50 Minutes: Three rounds of resistance intervals designed to challenge your strength with the Beachbody PT Sandbag. This workout will challenge your body and your mind.
