Tips for Smoothies

  • Play with Consistency: When I first started drinking shakeolgoy I only mixed it with 1 C. of liquid, and it was WAY to think for me. I have found that I prefer mine blended with about 2 cups of almond milk and a frozen banana.
  • Try Using 1/2 Scoop and Build Up: Just like it takes time to adjust to any health or protein powder your body needs time to adjust. Start with 1/2 a scoop and build up.
  • Use a Blender: Shakeology is a health drink and not a milk shake, so play with consistency. Use a blender and extra ice if you want a smoother consistency.
  • Drink it COLD

Chocolate Shakeology Recipes (Vegan or Regular)

  1. Almond Joy: 1. Almond Milk, 1/2 C. water, 1 tsp. cocnut oil, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tsp. almond extract, 2 tsp coconut flakes, ice
  2. Peanut Butter Cup- 1 C. water, 1 TBSP natural peanut butter, ice
  3. Mint Chocolate Chip- 1 C. water, 2 tsp. pure mint extract,
  4. Mocha- 1 C. fresh brewed coffee
  5. Butterfinger- 1 C. unsweetened almond milk, 1 1/2 TBSP butterscotch pudding mix, 1 1/2 TBSP PB2 or natual peanut butter, ice
  6. Nutella– 1 tsp. hazelnut extract, 1/2 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 3/4 C. water
  7. Pumpkin Mocha– 1 C. chilled coffee, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1 C. ice
  8. Chunky Monkey– 1 frozen banana, 1 TBSP PB2 or natural peanut butter, 1 TBSP honey, 1 C. almond milk, 1 C. ice
  9. Maple Pecan Pie– 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans, 2 tsp. maple syrup, 1 C. almond milk- BLEND
  10. Salted Carmel– 1 C. almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. maple syrup, 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Strawberry Shakeology Recipes (Vegan or Regular)

  1. PB&J- 1 Tbsp. PB2 or natural peanut butter, 1 small banana, 1 C. water, 1/2 C. ice
  2. Strawberry Blonde– 1 ripe banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 C. almond milk, 1 C. ice
  3. Orange Banana– 3/4 C. fresh orange juice, 1/2 medium banana, ice
  4. Strawberry Shortcake– 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 c. oats, 2 Tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, ice
  5. Mojito– 1 Tbsp lime juice, 2 Tbsp minced fresh mint leaves, 1 C. water
  6. Almond Paradise– 1 C. almond milk, 1 tsp. almond butter
  7. Strawberry Daiquri– 1 C. coconut water, 1/2 banana, ice
  8. Strawberry Lemonade– 1 C. water, 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp raw honey, ice
  9. Strawberry Chia– 1 C. coconut water, 1 tsp. chia seeds, ice

  1. Orange Creamsicle– 1/2 C. water, 1 C. fresh orange juice, ice
  2. Peaches and Cream– 2/3 C. water, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 C. frozen peaches
  3. Snickerdoodle– 1 C. almond milk, 1 tsp. honey, 1 Tbsp, PB2 or natural peanutbutter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ice
  4. Banana Bread– 1 C. almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1/4 c. walnuts, 1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup, ice
  5. Cookie Dough– 2 C. ice, 1 C. water, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 grahm cracker, 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  6. Apple Pie– 1/2 C. almond milk, 1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ice, blend
  7. Cheesecake– 1 C. almond milk, 2 Tbsp. sugar free instant cheesecake pudding, dash of cinnamon, 1 square graham cracker
  8. Very Vanilla– 1.5 C. vanilla almond milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, cinnamon to taste, ice

Cafe Latte Shakeology Recipies (Vegan or Regular)

  1. Almond Latte– 1/2 c water, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, ice
  2. Salty Caramel Latte– 1/2 c water, 1/2 c almond or coconut milk, 1 tsp caramel extract, dash sea salt, ice
  3. Muddy Nutty Buddy Latte– 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 c water, 2 tsp PB or almond butter, 1/2 banana, ice
  4. Cinnamon Dolce Latte– 1/2 c water, 3/4 c. almond milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, ice
  5. Mocha Latte– 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1 C. water
  6. Cafe Vanilla Latte– 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ice
  7. Pumpkin Spice Latte– 1/2 c pumpkin puree, 1 c. almond milk, 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice, ice
  8. S’more Latte– 2 tbsp crushed graham cracker, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ice

Greenberry Shakeology Recipes

  1. Apple Breeze– 1/2 c orange juice, 1/2 c frozen strawberries, 1/2 c water
  2. Strawberry Lemonade– 1C water, 1C frozen or fresh strawberries, fresh lemon juice
  3. Peanut Butter Banana– 1 banana, 1-2 tsp PB2 or natual peanut butter, 3/4 c almond milk, 1/4 water
  4. Greenberry Blues– 1 c almond milk, 1 c frozen blueberries
  5. Banana Sunshine– 1 medium banana, 1/2 c orange juice, 1/2 C water
  6. Shamrock Shake– 1 c almond milk, 1/4 tsp peppermint extract, 2 tsp. vanilla sugar free instant pudding, 1 tsp. natual peanut butter
  7. Green Thing– 1 C water, 1/2 c ice, 1/2 c frozen pineapple, 1/2 c mango chunks
  8. Key Lime Pie– juice of 1 small lime, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 c almond milk
  9. Peach Cobbler– 1 C almond milk, 2 c. frozen peaches, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  10. Fuzzy Navel– 1/2 c orange juice, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2-1 c frozen peaches.

Food Shakeology Recipes

Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

  • 2 tsp. Chocolate shakeology
  • 2 tsp. unrefined coconut oil, melted
  • 2 TBSP PB2
  • 2 TBSP water

Directions:

  1. Combine oil and PB2 in a small bowl, mix well and set aside.
  2. Combine shakeology and water in a small bowl, mix until it has a pudding like consistency. Set aside
  3. Coat 2 foil miffin liners evenly with halfof the peanut butter mixture. Top evenly with shakeology mixture
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm

Vanilla Birthday Cake Pops

  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla shakeology
  • 1 1/4 cups dry old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup all natual smooth almond butter
  • 4 Medjool dates, corsely chopped
  • 1/4 cups chooped raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine shakeology, oats, almond butter, and dates in a food proccessor; pulse until dates are incorporated
  2. Add almonds, banana, and extract; pulse until just blended
  3. Roll into 16 balls, about 1 inch in diameter each.

Chocolate Shakeology Mug Cake

  • 1 scoop chocolate shakeology
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 TBSP Stevia
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TBSP water
  • Optional* mix-in PB2 or cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a micowaveable mug
  2. Microwave for 90 second
