Peanut butter & Chocolate Wonder Whip

Where are my Reese Peanut Butter Cup lovers?  Those little round cups are some of my favorite sweet treat.  However, eating one or two just never seems to be enough.  This Peanut butter & Chocolate Wonder Whip might just help you satisfy that craving without breaking your diet.

That why I love that Ilana Muhlstein; a registered nutrition dietitian; came up with these amazing things call a Wonder Whip.

What is a Wonder Whip?

It’s a HUGE serving of your favorite treats, but in a healthier version.  Wouldn’t it be nice to satisfy your sweet tooth and know that you are still able to lose weight and feel healthier at the same time?

These Wonder Whips fit right in with the 2B Mindset program and are approved for the portion control systems as well.

The Recipe

  • 3/4 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 heaping tablespoons powdered peanut powder (PB2)
  • 1 tsp. Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fiber one cereal
  • sweetener of your choice (I prefer stevia, monk fruit extract, and surkin or choc zero syrup).

The Nutrition Facts

230 calories, 3g fat, 25g protein, 29g carbs, 10g fiber

  1. I don’t have the plain greek yogurt on hand, but do you think the vanilla would be ok and nix the sweetener?

    1. Yup, both to add a little crunch and some extra fiber. Fiber is a good carb and will give you some wonderful long lasting energy!!
