I made a promise to myself after having Quinn that I would follow through on my weight loss journey and get in the best shape of my life. I want to be the best example I can for my girls, and show them what a healthy fit woman looks like. I want to teach them that they don’t have to look like the girls on TV or in the magazines. That their body is made just the way it’s supposed to and if they take care of it the right way they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
Over all so far I have lost 70lbs and I’m not done YET!!
Here is my overall transformation!! I have used just Beachbody workouts, Shakeology and the Performance line to reach my goals. Then keep scrolling for results from the individual programs that I have completed.
I have loved kickboxing since I was in college, so this program is right up my ally. I have completed 2 rounds and a more still going strong. This program has shaped my mind and body’s. It was helped me regain confidence in myself and helped me battle my post partum depression.
My transformation with Masters Hammer and a Chisel was not only physical but mental as well. I learned to love lifting weights and the result showed in my strength and the fact that I lost 12 pounds in jus two 60 days without much cardio.
These were my results from my first round of 21 Day fix. I was 6 weeks post partum with Quinn when I started the program and my results were fantastic.
