Get ready to greet the day with Morning Meltdown 100. Created by Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews, Morning Meltdown 100 is a new fitness program with one incredible goal, to complete 100 workouts! From high-intensity cardio and strength-training to recovery and mobility workouts, these 20-30 minute routines are designed to blast fat, build strength, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
Make a commitment to yourself and Jericho every morning as she leads you through a 20 to 30-minute workout! It’s one that can help you rev up your metabolism, burn fat all day, and build your best body. And, for the first time in Beachbody history, each workout is set to a heart-pumping playlist mixed by a LIVE DJ. Between the DJ’s upbeat mixes and Jericho’s infectious energy, you’ll have all the motivation you need to give your morning sweat session your all.
Morning Meltdown 100 Overview:
- Morning Meltdown Workouts are 20-30 minutes in length
- 100-workout program broken down into 5 phases of 20 workouts each.
- Each phase, you’ll do 10 workouts of 20-30 minutes and then repeat those 10 workouts with added 100-second challenges.
- High-intensity cardio and resistance-training total body workouts.
- Workouts set to a Live DJ.
- Be 100 Book (daily motivational tool & tracker)
- Note: 100 workouts doesn’t necessarily mean 100 ‘days’

What Kinds of Workouts Are Included in Morning Meltdown 100?
Jericho created the Morning Meltdown program with tons of variety to help keep your body progressing.
She says, “Expect to see a well-rounded variety of training modalities across the board, including HIIT, resistance, active recovery, mobility, and more,” she says.
That variety is key to helping you transform your body in just 100 days.
Not only will it help you optimize your results and prevent training plateaus, but it will also help you avoid burnout and boredom.
Plus, Jericho designed the program with your busy life in mind. The workouts are short enough to easily fit into your day and the schedule is flexible, so you can stay on track even when life gets in the way.
After all, it doesn’t matter how you get to 100 workouts — you just have to get there!
Music and Morning Meltdown 100
Music plays a huge role in the program. For the first time in Beachbody history, each workout is set to a heart-pumping BPM (that’s beats per minute) playlist mixed by a live DJ.

“Working out with the DJ feels like a party! You’ll have fun, live in the moment, and connect to the workout like never before,” says Jericho.

Morning Meltdown 100 Phases
The Morning Meltdown program is broken down into 5 phases, 20 workouts each. In each phase we’re going to crank up the intensity or complexity to keep your body progressing!!
Sweat to the beat while you work to improve your aerobic endurance. No equipment needed.
We’ll sculpt a stronger back, chest, shoulders, and arms with rhythm-based time-under-tension moves. Requires light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
Burn out your abs and target your glutes with challenging core-strengthening exercises. Light dumbbells required.
Total Bad Ass
Build full-body strength—and then go all out with intense plyometrics in this exhilarating fusion workout. Equipment needed.
Half yoga-flow inspired, half mobility workout, this routine is designed to help with your recovery. Requires a mat.
This high-intensity interval training workout is designed to torch the fat off your body. No equipment needed.
We’ll build stronger quads, hamstrings, and glutes with rhythm-based time-under-tension moves. Requires light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
We’ll draw from a variety of mixed martial arts disciplines like boxing and Muay Thai for an incredible core-shredding cardio session. No equipment needed.
Break the beat with total-body strength training which will challenge your cardiovascular system to help you build muscle and melt major calories. Requires light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
Refresh and revive as you recover with a yoga-inspired flow and then transition into deep, static stretches that aid in recovery. No equipment needed.

We don’t want to give away too much, but let’s just say Jericho has some surprises in store to help you stick with the challenge.

Who Is Jericho McMatthews?
Jericho McMatthews is a Beachbody Super Trainer, creator of Morning Meltdown 100, and co-creator of the MMA-inspired fitness program CORE DE FORCE.
Jericho holds personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has more than a decade of experience as a fitness authority and presenter at some of the esteemed fitness industry’s most esteemed conferences.
