What we know about this program so far is that it s a no-nonsense workout that is only 24-45 minutes for 4 days a week. It was recorded similar to 80 Day Obsession, where each workout is slightly different because it was recorded LIVE with the coaches in the test group. This means you get 32 workouts for the whole program!
