Healthy Shamrock Shake for St. Patrick’s Day

This Shamrock Shake is made with kiwi, lots of fresh mint, and a touch of maple syrup and perfect for a St. Patrick’s Day Treat without breaking that healthy diet.

The Shamrock Shake you can get at one particular fast food restaurant has 460 calories for a SMALL (EEK). It also has 13 grams of fat, 74 grams of carbs, and 10 grams of protein.

My Version looks more like this: 224 calories, 5g. of fat 31g. of carbs and 19g. of protein.

The flavor is light and refreshing and sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth any day of the year.

For extra holiday cheer, I’ve made this Shamrock Smoothie with Greenberry Shakeology, but it tastes great with Vanilla or Strawberry Shakeology, too.

  1. I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever before.
