What is Focus: T25?

Shaun T designed the T25 workout fitness program to give you a total body workout in just 25 minutes a day.  Each interval workout gets your heart pumping.  Shaun T shows proper form and there is a modifier in every workout as well.

  • Each workout is only 25 minutes long
  • You only need about 6ft of space to do these workouts
  • It’s cardio is pretty heavy & includes jump training
  • Broken down into 3 phases: alpha, beta, and gamma
  • No Equipment required until the Gamma phase

Who is Shaun T’s T25 For?

Focus: T25 workouts are perfect for beginner and intermediate exercisers.  There is also a modifier in every workout showing how to make each move low impact.

21 Day Fix is a similar fitness program if you need a quick workout but this one isn’t for you.

Workout Section

The Workouts: All only 25 Minutes

Alpha Phase:

  • Cardio: 25 minutes of calorie burning, sweat-drenching cardio
  • Speed 1.0: Ignite your quickness. Burn the fat. Fast-paced for fast results
  • Total Body Circuit: Focus on strength and resistance– without lifting a single weight
  • Ab Intervals: Cardio and ab intervals that shred the fat from your midsection
  • Lower Focus: Focus on your lower-body muscles– the key to burning fat and kicking up your metabolism
  • Stretch: After 5 days of hard work– stretch it out– and enjoy this one!! You deserve it.

Beta Phase:

  • Core Cardio: Get your sweat on!! This progressive cardio-core workout is about you getting shredded fast
  • Speed 2.0: Rev it up with Shaun’s calorie-scorching, core-focused speed drills.
  • Rip’t Circuit: Cardio.. upper body.. legs.. abs.. repeat!! This is how you get ripped in 25 minutes
  • Dynamic Core: You’ll go from vertical to horizontal and back again in this dynamic, crazy core routine.
  • Upper Focus: Shaun will help you develop the upper body on your dreams, All you have to do is FOCUS
  • Stretch: After 5 days of hard work– stretch it out– and enjoy this one!! You deserve it.
  • Core Speed: Each drill will tighten and strengthen your core.

Gamma Phase: Weights needed for this Phase

  • The Pyramid: Accelerate your reps as time progresses. This is your 25 minute cardio and strength endurance test
  • Rip’t Up: Strengthen and streamline your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and chest with Shaun’s 360 upper body moves
  • Extreme Circuit: Build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time! In this one, the weights never leave your hands.  Not even for the warm-up
  • Speed 3.0 Workout: Faster pace. More sweat. Serious results. You won’t want to miss this 25 minute high-speed challenge.

There are three different phases to Focus: T25.  Alpha, Beta and Gamma.  Each one is 4 weeks long.


Is there a Modifier?

YES!! There is a modifier in every workout that shows you low impact moves.  But don’t let that fool you, they still work up a sweat and push just as hard as everyone else.

Who is Shaun T?

Born Shaun Thompson, Shaun T first made a name for himself as a track-and-field star at Rowan University, where he received a BS in Sports Science with a minor in Theater and Dance.

Since then he’s put both degrees to epic use— dancing backup with Mariah Carey, appearing on HBO’s Six Feet Under, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CNN, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America, and The Doctors—and working with Nike, Boost Athletic Shoes, RadioShack, and the LA Lakers.
