“CIZE” is the “end of exercise!” In each routine, Shaun breaks down the moves step-by-step and builds them into a full dance routine. So even if you don’t know how to dance, you can learn all the moves. While you are learning to master the dance moves, you’ll also be burning calories and working up a sweat! This workout is for EVERY fitness level. There is no equipment required. If you like fitness classes like Zumba, you will love this workout.

The Workouts:

  1. CRAZY 8s- 35 minutes after pushing play, you’ll master
    these hip dance moves. At the end you get to perform the routine to HANDS IN THE AIR, originally recorded by Timbaland.
  2. YOU GOT THIS- Pick up the pace for an intense sweat, with fresh moves and a whole new vibe. You’ll put it all together to TREASURE, originally recorded by Bruno Mars.
  3. FULL OUT- You’ve made it to Level 2 so get ready to get winded and wowed in this over-the-top, all-out, sweaty dance routine set to LOSE MY BREATH, originally recorded by Destiny’s Child.
  4. IN THE POCKET- Crank up the energy and the pace. Now you’re ready for even more new dance moves created and inspired by professional dancers, all choreographed to PROBLEM, originally recorded by Ariana Grande.
  5. GO FOR IT- Ready to challenge yourself and show off your moves front and center? Before you know it, you’ll be performing to PASS THAT DUTCH, originally recorded by Missy Elliott.
  6. LIVIN IN THE 8s- This final routine is a completely different dance experience, with an emotional final to Sia’s CHANDELIER. It’s time to dance and live!
  7. 8 COUNT ABS- Strong abs and core are key for every great dancer. Work your abs on the floor and then perform the ab sequence to HEADSPRUNG, originally recorded by LL Cool J.

  1. Work Your Body– Are you ready to work that body? At the end you get to perform the routine to the song BODY, recorded by Chilli
  2. Own Every Move– This is Own Every Move because when it’s in your body, you gotta own it. At the end, you will perform to Nobody Love, orginally recorded by Tori Kelly
  3. Whilin’ Out- This is Whilin’ Out because we are about to go crazy to the song Shut Up, originally recorded by the Black Eyed Peas.
  4. Sync It Up– Sync It Up with new moves in a rhythm with your body to the song Brokenhearted, orginally recorded by Karmin.
  5. Turn Up the Mix- Turn up your confidence with these dance moves as youperform to the song One Last Time, originally recorded by Ariana Grande
  6. Speed It up- Shaun T Challenges you with this routine with some intricate moves and then speeds it up from 160 BPM to 231 BPM! At the end, you will dance to one of his favorite songs, Circus originally recorded by Brittney Spears
  7. Get Into It– This fast paced routine will have your heart racing and yur body incinerating calories.  Break a sweat to HE AIN’T WITH ME NOW, originally recorded by RichGirl.
  8. Turn It On– Master this intense dance combo that you can perform to the song WILD, originaly recoded by Jessie J.

Beginner Calendar

Use this beginner calendar when you want to go at your own pace. After each workout, you can even rate your dance skills, “backup dancer, ” front and center,” or “ready for my music video” to track your progress!

How long are the workouts?

The workouts range from 35 – 40 minutes in length. You wont even realize that you are working out because you’ll be learning dance moves and having fun while grooving to the beat.

How is Cize different than Hip Hop Abs or Rockin Body?

Cize is different than Shaun T’s previous dance workouts like Hip Hop Abs and Rockin Body. The music and moves are all brand new and have all been updated to be more current with today’s style. Cize is all about the music!! In addition, Hip Hop Abs was not really focused on teaching you choreography. Shaun T is really focusing on showing you move to move, piecing it all together into a great routine for anyone to do!


Before any release of a program, Beachbody hold test runs with independent coaches to make sure their program actually will acheive the results they are hoping for.  Here are just a few of their results. The coaches are instructed to stick to the meal plan and workout calendar.  They did not add in anything extra, except maybe their daily Shakeology.
