- 1 medium ripe avocado mashed
- 4 slices low-sodium sprouted whole-grain bread toasted (I love the Ezikiel bread)
- 1¼ tsp. paprika (or ½ tsp. chili pepper)
- Spread ¼ of avocado onto each slice of toast.
- Top with ¼ tsp. paprika.
