Workout Lengths: 30-60 minutes

80 Day Obsession is no different.  Autumn has made it easy to follow, even though it focuses on macro-nutrients, you don’t have to keep track of them.  You just fill your portion control containers and eat.

You start by putting in your weight and goals and you will know exactly what and how much (protein, veggies, fruits, carbs, healthy fats, and dressing/seeds) you need to eat each day to hit your goals.

What’s special about 80 Day Obsession Nutrition Plan?

Autumn outlines what you should be eating before and after your workouts to get the MAX results. It’s a lot of food, so you won’t be starving. You need to be fueling your body right to get the results you want!
