The Workouts

  1. Cold Start (12 minutes): Fire this up before you get down to work. This no-nonsense warm-up gets your body ready for the battle ahead. 12 minutes to warm up and stretch out so you are lean and limber for the workout ahead.
  2. Resistance 1- (22 minutes) These are 5 simple moves, but with 3 back-to-back rounds, the challenge is intense. That’s how you get results in just 22 minutes a day.
  3. Cardio 1.(22 minutes)  This 7-move workout gets your heart pumping from Minute One. Keep up with the platoon and earn a massive calorie burn.
  4. Core 1. (10 minutes) It’s called “Hard Corps” for a reason. Get ready to work your lower back, abs, and obliques in this epic 10-move drill.
  5. Resistance 2. (22 minutes) Did I hear you ask for more? Here it is. More resistance, sweat, and muscles recruited.
  6. Cardio 2.(22 minutes)  This is basic training, but there’s nothing easy about it. It’s 3 rounds of 7 exercises, just like Cardio 1, but these moves will push your limits even further.
  7. Core 2. (12 minutes) You’ve survived Core 1. Now the reps are doubled—to test your limits and maximize the burn.
  8. Resistance 3. (22 minutes) This workout takes the intensity up a click by adding plyometric strength training to challenge your endurance.
  9. Cardio 3. (22 minutes) Alternates between floor work and plyo moves for 3 hard-driving rounds. Your mission is to deliver every rep.
  10. Bonus Workout: Battle Buddy(22 minutes)  The secret to mission-ready results…is teamwork. In this workout, you’ll pair up with a “Battle Buddy” to take on this calorie-scorching, partner-based workout challenge.

  1. Special Ops: Cardio:(22 minutes)  These weighted cardio exercises utilize the Beachbody PT sandbag (or dumbells) to boost endurance and obliterate calories with extreme prejuduce.

Equipment Needed

For 22 Minute Hard Corps you will need:

  • A Set of Dumbells– I started with 10lbs, but you can start lower or higher depending on your fitness level.
  • Pull Up Bar or Resistence band with Door Attachment– I have a pull up bar thanks to my husband, but I got myself a pull up assist because I’m not quite at unassisted pull ups YET. But I will be!!!

The Rations Nutrition Guide

A basic but satisfying nutrition plan that lays out the three squares and snacks you’ll need for the mission ahead. It makes meal prep easy so you can get back to the business of getting results.

I love that it uses the portion control containers.  These containers really take the guessing game out of exactly how much food you should be eating. Depending on where you fall within the program depends on which plan you follow.  I follow Plan A but just LOOK at how much food I get to eat!!

There is a modifier for every workout.  Plus you can take the moves at your own speed so you get stronger and faster everyday.  When I first started I focused on completing each rep, and not about keeping up with the group.

The Calendar

Whats nice about the calendar is that you are alternating between cardio and resistance (weight lifting, muscle building) days.  However that doesn’t mean that on the resistance days you heart rate won’t raise.  In fact, my heart rate is usaually higher during the resistance days because my muscles are working that might harder to lift weights and do pull ups.

Beachbody always completes TEST groups with Beachbody Coaches before releasing any program.  Here are some of their results.  (I am currently completing the program, so when I am done, I will update them with my results)
