10 Healthy Turkey Leftover Recipes

Unless you’re cooking a bird for a big crowd, Thanksgiving dinner is the dinner that keeps giving…and giving…and giving.

Don’t get me wrong — leftover turkey and dressing and potatoes and gravy are still delicious on Day 2, but in the days after that, not so much.
